Marc Hoffmans site moved to os-emulation.net.

I will fix the links immediately.

EDIT: I can't access os-emulation.net at the moment. Can anyone else?

Marc's site is often down. Then suddenly after a few weeks it's back up again. Then it's down again. This has been happening for many years.

(Right now it's down.)
