I think i just messed up my disk..

In my futile attempts to upgrade a Mac OS 8 boot disk to OS 8.1, i turned on RAM Disk (Memory) to try and add space. Well, I restarted. Nothing. My mouse is stuck in the top left corner. Can't move it. Aaron doesn't appear (I think thats what that smiley face's name is..). Not even the old System 7 "Welcome to Macintosh", and that's after removing the OS 8 disk which I used RAM Disk on, and only using my 7.5.3 disk.

God, I suck.

Pram

Delete the PRAM file inside the Basilisk II folder, this will clear the Mac's PRAM Memory which can solve some problems, and will clear your ramdisk.

What errors were being given when the update to 8.1 failed? Without those it's hard to say what went wrong.
