.finf ??? Some files aren't shown ????

When I try to copy files from <My Computer> onto Mac's harddisk I can't see some files ?????
In the .finf-Folder are some files missing? Why? Can anybody help me with this?

Anything with a . infront of it is naturally hidden anyway....
