Using MO Drive in Emulators

Post by micro »

Hi, guys, if any expert could help me or discuss with using MO Drive with the emulators.

I have a MO Drive and several MO discs from my previous Quadra 900. I used to boot directly from the MO (with OS 8 installed to the disc). Real Mac have direct support of SCSI MO drives and they work instantly when plugged to the SCSI port.

After I throw away the Quadra, and start using emulators right now (Basilisk & Softmac), I tried set up my MO drive as SCSI device. Emulators doesn't seem to be able to access the mac media in the drive (or they don't even recognise the Drive at all).

Let me know your ideas and thoughts. Thanks!
