E-Maculation

I was playing around with trying to get the ability to print working on W7 64-bit, and I enabled appletalk, which I think is causing BII to freeze on start up. the Desktop appears, but all I can do is move the mouse cursor, clucking on anything does nothing. I have to force end B-II through the task manager. Is there a way to start up B-II with all extension disabled, or do I have to start over?

Same way as an actual Mac, if I'm not mistaken – hold down the Shift key while BII is starting.
