There is no way to resize a hard drive file (HDF).
You will need to create a new one, mount both your current one and the new one using the BasiliskIIGUI's Disk tab, start up Basilisk II,format the new drive, copy the entire contents of the old HDF into your new HDF, shutdown Basilisk II and remove the old HDF from the Disk tab of BasiliskIIGUI. You should then be able to boot up Basilisk II using the new hard drive file. You can then delete the old HDF.

The version of Basilisk I have which is one this site writes about in the tutorial, lets you create disks from the GUI applet. This is really neat.
I wouldnt waste time with HFV explorer, it mangles bin files and nothing works when copied over.
Basilisk lets you nominate a drive in Windows so that My Computer pops up on the Mac emulated desktop. You can copy files in from there.
Hmmm, I am thinking of an idea. What about a complete Hard file in zip format with OS7.5.3 (free), Corel (see elsewhere) Stuff It and Adobe Reader, say sized at 50-60MB and the zipped. Instant mac on toast?
