How do I run .bin files in the emulated Mac?
While trying to install new software in Basilisk II, I've run into a snag. It seems that all my software files are .bin files, and when I tried to open them, it suggested that I use a text editor to do so. What am I doing wrong, and/or how can I fix this?

In this context, .bin is likely Mac Binary.
Stuffit should handle .bin unless its a pair of files made from CD/DVD: bin/cue.

To clarify, you should install Stuffit Expander on your emulator and drag the.bin files onto it within your Mac OS in order to convert them into something you can use. If you're having difficulty getting Expander on there in a format you can use, Macintosh Garden has a disk image you can download and mount as a disk... then just run the installer on there and it'll install onto your main disk. After that, .bin files can just be dragged over the Expander icon on the desktop to convert them.
