I ran across a really informative site a while ago which has a freeware software that emulates a CD/DVD drive under Windows. The neat thing is that because it is a hardware emulation (basically fooling windows) when SCSI is enabled in Basilisk II, you can select your virtual drive as a SCSI device.
I am trying to find out if a similar program can also emulate an actual hard disk on the same level. This way, I could create a standard hard disk and it would show up inside Basilisk II as a SCSI device, not just a floppy or unknown drive device.
Anyone have ideas?
