C&C freezing (MacOS 8.6)

Other games, like Duke Nukem 3D works (fully playable in 1024x768).

C&C works too, but after playing for a few minutes, everything stops, like this:

Lets just say SheepShaver for windows is a long way from perfect. The only way to make it rock stable is to disable JIT, which Makes it very slow. See http://www.emaculation.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=2457 for the benchmark comparison. If you run CNC off you are going to get 1 fps proably (I tried a genesis emu and sonic the hedgehog was sooooo sloooww I quit with disgust.

Ok... It works quite good on my system. It boots with all extensions enabled, using JIT. All games except C&C seem to run just fine, like the PPC native Descent II demo (with good FPS).

I don't want to run without JIT, because it's really slow

Is the Linux version faster or slower?

Well... YEAH! The linux version is a lot better and more stable. The windows version is just a port of the linux version so, I know linux is faster.
