edit1:
ok tryed three form of ramdrive formating fat32 ,ntfs ,ntfs-c with out result
also tryed all ram size from 32mb to 128mb cannot go further as this would be more then the ramdisk permits me due to the 700mb size of my hdd but i could always make a 1gig ramdrive as i have 1.5 gig of ram

edit2:
my pref file

extfs c:

edit3:

ok sometime you do thing and you feel dumb about it the thing and here is what was my problem the install.hfv that i used at first was the install.hfv from my basiliskII installation so i finally got to boot 9.0.4 and did some benchmark with the install on the hdd and the one on the ramdisk and here is what i got
*********basilisk score old build*********
the ram disk gave me
cpu:30.223
gfx:12.745
disk:0
math:520.321

as for the hdd
cpu:29.650
gfx:13.382
disk:0
math:485.848

**********basilisk score new build from nov 2005******
cpu:29.410
gfx:21.723
disk:0
math:497.849
these were done with speedometer 4.02

edit4:
and you feel even dumber when you realize that writing all those number on a small piece of paper will make you do mistake here are the number for sheepshaver the other were for basiliskII

the bench
***********sheepshaver***********
ramdrive
cpu:7.629
gfx:4.595
disk:4.257
math:384.285

hdd
cpu:6.774
gfx:5.598
disk:3.885
math:956.128
these were done with speedometer 4.02

those were done with ppc code runing the bench with 68k code resulted in score 10% to 20% lower

also it is worth noting that the math score for basilisk was better in the ramdisk while it is the opposite in sheepshaver
