I am not sure the source for all GUI programs/interfaces are indeed in BasiliskII CVS. Which GUI for which host system do you mean?

The GTK GUI is in there, (it does build from cvs) and I think the OS X one is somewhere as well.

It is somewhere... a default build should include GTK. otherwise when configuring, add --enable-gtk, or something.
