Command-clicking fails when mouse has moved

Post by jardenblack26 »

I am not sure if this was already the case before I upgraded to El Capitan, but I just noticed that command-clicking no longer works correctly in HyperCard unless care is taken to not move the mouse between pressing down the key and clicking. As soon as the cursor moves even just one pixel, the click will become a regular click (this can be seen when hovering over text, the cursor will change back from the 'hand' to the regular text cursor). Not a big deal, but maybe it's easily fixed in some next release…

I remember this issue years ago, but haven't been in a situation lately where I'd experience it. I think BII suffers from similar issues, so maybe if we get the BII code upgraded, it'll fix it for SS too.
