BasiliskII for Atari 16/32bit

Post by agranlund »

Hello,

Not sure if this is interesting for anyone here but I am maintaining an Atari ST/TT/Falcon port of BasiliskII.
It's still a work in progress so not all features are there yet but it's very usable.

It runs natively on the CPU and requires an 68030/040/060 with MMU.
Native graphics on Atari Mono resolution, or on a graphics card with Mac compatible display mode
Emulated graphics on Atari Color resolutions in case you'd want color but don't have a graphics card.
Sound through Atari DMA, YM, and a couple of sound cartridges. It still needs a bunch more work though.

Updates and discussions are usually posted to this Atari forum:

Very nice. So that means BII runs in native CPU mode. I wish I could have a physical Atari machine.

Could you please share some infos on your Atari machine?

thanks
There is an App for that!
