MacOS X Tiger on Hyper-V VM

Has anyone gotten MacOS X Tiger to install on Hyper-V VM? I followed these instructions, but I'm missing something obvious:

I was able to install MacOS Sequoia. Restore the dmg of MacOS X Tiger to a HD. I put the EFI folder in the hidden EFI partition, but the instructions goes through making the installer and I'm lost cause MacOS X Tiger doesn't have a recovery image. If anyone is able to shed some light as to what else I need to do, please let me know.

I am using a Gen2 VM if that makes a difference.
